Beef Center

The Ensminger Beef Center provides support for Animal Sciences courses and courses based out of other WSU departments including the Veterinary School and Crop and Soil Sciences.

Clark Hall

Clark Hall is home to the Department of Animal Sciences main office, faculty and staff offices, and three university classrooms.

The Knott Dairy is a working dairy supporting research and teaching. Approximately 180 cows at the dairy provide milk for Ferdinand’s ice cream and Cougar Gold Cheese.

Farm Shop

The Farm Shop crew handles equipment repairs, maintenance, and custom fabrication for the Department of Animal Sciences.
