Dairy

The Knott Dairy is a working dairy supporting research and teaching. Approximately 180 cows at the dairy provide milk for Ferdinand’s ice cream and Cougar Gold Cheese.

Farm Shop

The Farm Shop crew handles equipment repairs, maintenance, and custom fabrication for the Department of Animal Sciences.
