Biography

Nancy Hernandez was born and raised in Rupert, Idaho. As a first-generation college graduate and professional, she has built a strong academic and career foundation through dedication and passion. Nancy earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Idaho. Her undergraduate studies focused on Child Development and Family Relations, while her graduate work in Family and Consumer Sciences centered on Latina Entrepreneurs.

Nancy has found great fulfillment working in higher education, particularly in academic advising, where she enjoys supporting students in their career development. She is continually seeking innovative ways to enhance the student learning experience and foster growth.
